The Ethiopian Book of Enoch

Out of the three books of Enoch the first one (the Ethiopian Book of Enoch) is still used by a few Jewish and Christian groups, however, it is regarded as an apocryphal book by the majority of them. Even if 1 Enoch is non-inspired the Bible itself references it in Jude and the watchers are mentioned in Daniel.

Jude 14-15

Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: “See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.” (NIV)

1 Enoch 1:9

9 And behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones to execute judgement upon all, And to destroy all the ungodly: And to convict all flesh Of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, And of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” (translation by Dr Jay Winter)

Daniel 4:13

In the visions I saw while lying in bed, I looked, and there before me was a holy one, a messenger(original word: עִיר , transliteration: ‘îr , definition: waking or wakeful one), coming down from heaven. (NIV)

The Protestant Bible has 66 books, from which 39 books are in the Old Testament and 27 books are in the New Testament. If you break it down to chapters, that is 929 chapters from the Old and 260 chapters from the New Testament. All together there are 1189 chapters in the Bible. This is the bare minimum.
